New year resolution

My resolution last year was no gali...i kept my promise..other than one or two instances i did not abuse anyone..nor curse anyone.I did not over eat or waste anything..gained not a single pound..i m happy to be fit. This year resolution, let go and forgive.

my new year resolutions:

1) quit drugs (meth, ecstasy, cocaine, speed, psych. mushrooms or at least some of them);
2) find self and learn to love it;
3) take a vacation to USA with my retarded son and family in summer and visit my alma mater;
4) delete your photos from my hard drive (can't erase it from my memory though).

that took a few days of introspection to respond. can't get rid of man-boobies QB (not connected with weight though pecs can hide them). they are not a source of anguish (for me) or disease -- never were. i am comfortable with them and i hope you get comfortable with them too.

i hear you on xanax. i am starting my gradual taper next week (waiting for doc. appt.). will take me a few months (to do it painlessly). i take a very small dose (but it's still poison!).

I do like your idli picture. hoping to make some idlis some day.

thanks! we are making rava dosas today. will post pics. your salmon looked delicious. i couldn't connect it was fish but willy got there.
