LMAO! the japanese are just too good. move over french. (i think there are a few jap restaurants in the world with michelin 3 stars -- probably in japan). this video is sheer art and the chopsticks are marvelous. thanks for sharing.

japanese make a nautanki out of every recipe. where is the tree structure of responding ..it is not clear who responded to whom here..

and why is the japanese guy adding sake ( wine) in the omlet i wonder..

i wouldn't like the sugar either. moreover, i've never liked any food being shaped, as the omelette in the video was into a rectangular prism. it gives one the feeling that the chef "messed" with the food one is about to eat, for a long time. i wouldn't eat any food that's moulded or sculpted into a horse, a ship, or the taj mahal. i much prefer food to be presented naturally, as chinese food often is.
