vot's for breakfast

today's breakfast was sautéed asparagus and orange bell pepper cooked with fresh chopped ginger and garlic with low sodium salt, black pepper, and turmeric. with two boiled eggs (i ate two egg whites and one egg yolk) and four slices of sprouted wheat toast and some low fat Brie cheese. this was followed by a large glass of the following: i filled about one fifth of the glass with Bolthouse Farms Strawberry-banana smoothie and the rest of the glass with skim milk. i also added some chopped almonds in the glass.
