Is an ethnic language spoken in Cameroon a variant of Tamil?

The above video seeks to prove that a particular ethnic language spoken in Cameroon is a variant of Tamil. Since i am not a native speaker of Tamil i was unable to evaluate the arguments the speaker (who is the same person, apparently, as the uploader of the video) was making. However, I soon realized the guy is a crank when i read what he was writing in the comments section of his own video.

North Indian Tamil was called Paakkadhai (Poetic Speech). This pure Tamil was influenced by Greek, Avesta like western languages & due to Aryan tongue
Pakkadhai --> pRakRadhi --> Prakriti.
It also became like Madras Tamil which is worst Tamil. Hence, when Buddhism came by, they needed a standard language to preach Buddhism. Hence,
Semmai + Kadhai --> Sengkadhai --> senkRadhai -> sanskriti
This was LOOTED by Indo-Aryans to record their stupid Hinduism and their version of Buddhism, Mahayana.

Semmai means refined, well made etc.
As Sanskriti was looted by Indo-Aryans, and Original Buddhism was destroyed by them, a new language was needed to be created to record & preach the Original Buddhism.
That language was Pali. Since original Tamil Evolved in Palies in Tamil Land, the new language was named after the Palies, the birth place of Tamil.
Hence, both Sanskrit & Pali are north Indian dialect of Tamil only.
The north Indian Tamils at that time tried recreating the original Tamil!
