Re: Happy thanksgiving
that looks delicious and beautiful. looks a bit like fish. is it fish or turkey? interesting contrast of colours between the meat and the cranberries. and the asparagus and the pine nuts(?) are certainly non-traditional at thanksgiving. is it something you made?

Re: Happy thanksgiving
thanks, yes it is salmon, with honey/mango seared asparagus and cranberry sauce ...the salmon was marinated in lemon, and spices for about 2 hours. i added just a tbsp of oil ,rest of the salmon (one whole) cooked in its own oil...that made it a healthy dish.

Re: Happy thanksgiving
thanks for the picture and for telling us how u made the salmon QB. My thanksgiving dinner consisted of :
glass of red wine
smoked bacon wrapped around a date
spanish cheese (forget the brand) topped with fruit paste
turkey
stuffing
green beans
fresh home made bread
mashed sweet potatoes
apple pie (made with three different kinds of apples)
home made cinnamon ice cream
almond biscotti
------------
one other dish i would have liked to have had with my dinner would have been brussel sprouts. but it was not on the menu.
